Tim Williamson, AIA was the Principal in Charge, Architect of Record, and Specifications Writer at The Preston Partnership for this $86M, 21 story mixed-use development located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia.  The project includes 290 apartment units; an 8th floor amenity plaza; a rooftop amenity plaza with swimming pool, clubroom, and fitness center; 6,800 square feet of street level retail; and structured parking for 444 cars.  The project was completed in 2020.
