THE MIX*

Tim Williamson, AIA was the Principal in Charge, Architect of Record, and Specifications Writer at The Preston Partnership for this $66M, 26 story mixed-use development located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. The building includes 685 beds of off-campus housing for Georgia State University students, a fitness center, a clubroom, an amenity deck with swimming pool, a sky lounge, a 4,000 square foot RaceTrac gas station and convenience store, 4,200 square feet of street level retail, and structured parking for 223 cars. The building contains 237 apartment units in one, two, three, and four bedroom configurations. The project was completed in 2019.
