Tim Williamson, AIA was the Principal in Charge, Architect of Record, and Specifications Writer at The Preston Partnership for this $74M, 19 story mixed-use development located in the Music Row area of Nashville, Tennessee. The project includes 344 apartment units, a 7th floor amenity plaza, clubroom, rooftop swimming pool, 6,500 square feet of street level retail, and structured parking for 480 cars. The project was completed in 2017.
