MAA MIDTOWN*

Tim Williamson, AIA was the Principal in Charge, Senior Project Manager, and Specifications Writer at The Preston Partnership for this $76M, 25 story residential apartment tower located in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia. The project includes 356 apartment units; a 7th floor amenity plaza and clubroom; a rooftop amenity plaza with swimming pool, clubroom, and fitness center; and structured parking for 480 cars. The project was completed in 2017.
