Tim Williamson, AIA was the Principal in Charge, Architect of Record, and Specifications Writer at Preston Architects, PC for this $118M, 28 story mixed-use development located in downtown Los Angeles, California. The project includes 341 apartment units, a rooftop amenity plaza, clubroom, 11,700 square feet of street level retail, and three levels of below-grade structured parking. The project earned LEED-NC Silver Certification and was completed in 2019.
