SQUARE ON 5TH*

Tim Williamson, AIA was the Architect of Record, Senior Project Manager, and Specifications Writer at The Preston Partnership for this $51M, 25 story mixed-use development located in midtown Atlanta, Georgia. The building includes two levels of office and retail; 22 floors with 628 beds of off-campus housing for Georgia Tech students; and a top-level fitness center, clubroom, and rooftop swimming pool. The building contains 230 apartment units in one, two, three, and four bedroom configurations. The project was completed in 2015 and in 2016 was the recipient of a ULI Atlanta Development of Excellence Award.
